Australian owned (with outlets in Falls Creek and Hotham), Central Snowsports offer good quality gear, their prices are competitive and they provide a pick up and drop off service from Hakuba Luna. Hakuba Luna guests can also use a special discount code entitling you to a discount at Central Snowsports when you pre-book your gear more than two weeks in advance. Spicy Rentals is the largest ski and snowboard rental business in Hakuba, with 6 different stores throughout Hakuba, including their Wadano store which is less than 300 metres down the road from Hakuba Luna. They have a very wide range of good quality gear. If you are pre-booking, please specify the Wadano store and mention that you are staying at Hakuba Luna. Special Notice: If you have very large feet (over size 30 or 12 US) you may find it difficult to rent or buy boots in Hakuba – especially snowboarders. If this is you, then we recommend that you bring boots with you.
